Chicken Mandarin Salad

Marinated chicken breast served over a bed of field greens, layered with red peppers, mandarin oranges, pea pods, water chestnuts, toasted almonds, and Chinese noodles. Served with sesame seed dressing, hard roll.

Flavors of Michigan Salad

Mixed salad greens with grilled chicken breast, sunflower seeds, sun dried cherries, diced apples and walnuts. Served with raspberry vinaigrette, roll, butter.

Classic Greek Salad

Grilled chicken breast, feta cheese, beets, pepperoncini's, calamata olives, green peppers, tomato wedges, cucumber slices with our homemade Greek dressing. Served with a side of pita bread.

Chicken Caesar Salad

Grilled chicken served atop a bed of romaine lettuce with our special dressing, seasoned croutons, & parmesan cheese. Served with roll, butter.

Pita Pocket Buffet

Fresh Pita Pocket served with Albacore tuna salad and Homemade Chicken Salad , lettuce, tomato and cheese Served with Chips, Pretzels, Tossed Salad, and Dessert.

Our Homemade Pasta sauce served atop fresh mostaccioli with hearty homemade meatballs,tossed salad, rolls and butter with Dessert.

Creamy hot chicken a la king served over a fluffy puffed pastry shell, tossed salad and Dessert.

Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Strips of White meat chicken breasts stir-fried with teriyaki glaze and oriental style vegetables a top a bed of white rice. Served with rolls, butter and Dessert.

Chicken Fajita

Tender strips of white meat chicken breast sautÈed with red and green bell peppers and onions. Served with flour tortillas, salsa, sour cream, black olives, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, Mexican rice and Dessert.

Hot Turkey or Roasted Beef Sandwich

Hot roasted turkey breast or sliced round of beef. Served with mashed potatoes, gravy, tossed salad and Dessert.

Starting with our Tender Marinated Grilled Chicken Strips you create your own fresh pita wrap served with lettuce, tomato, cheese, tzatziki sauce, tossed Greek Salad and Dessert.

Hard shelled tacos and flour tortillas served with seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, black olives, salsa and cheddar cheese. Served with Mexican rice, tortilla chips and dessert.

Salad Bar

Mixed greens, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, black olives, croutons, beets, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, bacon bits, diced ham, mushrooms & cucumbers. Choice of dressings, potato salad, tortellini salad, rolls, butter.

Boxed Lunches

Julienne Salad

Turkey, ham, Swiss & American cheese, hard boiled egg atop a bead of crisp lettuce. Served with your choice of dressing and a slice of banana nut bread.

Croissant Sandwich

Chicken Salad , Tuna salad, or Smoked Turkey Breast atop a fresh baked croissant, served with a cold pasta salad, potato chips or pretzels, and a homemade cookie. Pickles and condiments included.
